Rider Incentive Program (RIP)
Now you can earn reward points every time you purchase a bus pass online! It's our way of rewarding our loyal MAX riders. You can redeem the points online to earn valuable merchandise and MAX logo gear. By signing up for MAX's Rider Incentive Program (RIP), you understand and agree to the following terms:
- Points are earned only for bus passes purchased online.
- Points must be redeemed online.
- Promotional items earned through point redemption must be picked up at the Padnos Transportation Center within 30 days of your online order.
- Unclaimed reward items will be forfeited after 30 days.
- Points are not transferable to other RIP members.
- Promotional merchandise has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- By enrolling in RIP, you agree to be added to MAX's mailing list to receive periodic news and promotional announcements. Your information will be used solely by MAX and will not be shared with any other business or organization. MAX does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or organizations.
- MAX reserves the right to substitute awards merchandise for an item of comparable value in the event the item requested is out of stock or no longer available.
